Refund policy

 
Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable image sold by Picdif Stock Photos. However, before any new image will be made available, the customer must return to Picdif Stock Photos, a "Refund Claim Form". The "Return Claim Form" will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Picdif Stock Photos through a ticket raised from within the Picdif account, that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify Picdif Stock Photos, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The "Refund Claim Form" provided to you must be returned to Picdif Stock Photos by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange.
 
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Picdif Stock Photos as mentioned withing your own account at the website. Picdif Stock Photos will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a "Refund Claim Form" that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Picdif Stock Photos The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
 
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER IN RARE CASES THERE COULD BE AN EXCEPTION TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
You must then justify full reasons for your cancellation, which will then be reviewed by our customer service. And if your reasons stand satisfactory, we will make it the exception. As for downloadable product, since there is no way for you to return the goods, it is for our best interest that you avoid such situations to arise.

Picdif Stock Photos reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on www.picdif.com. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our site. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
