What format are the photos in?
All are in JPEG format, (commonly identifiable by the ".jpg" file extension), which is a standard in the photography, design and print industry worldwide. What is a JPEG format Our images are offered in the highest quality JPEG format available. A JPEG is a type of image file that was first defined by the Joint Photographic Experts Group, a committee of image experts who wrote the specifications for the JPEG file type, hence the acronym. JPEG by it's nature is a file compression format, so if you plan to size and/or make other changes to the image, we recommend saving your image in formats such as TIFF, EPS, or PSD prior to making and saving changes. Our images are mastered from high-fidelity digital file originals in the device-independent RGB color space, Adobe encoded, and are saved in the JPEG format, optimized for maximum photo quality and resolution. Our images are Windows and Mac compatible. All of our images are ideally suited for print or on-line viewing, for editorial or advertising stock, for business or personal use. Our images offer color and quality that match or exceed any photo taken with 35mm film.

The screen resolution depends on how the image was saved, Even a high resolution image may open at 72 dpi, but it doesn't mean you downloaded a low-resolution image. Please check the dimensions.
